Typology of Compulsory Will Arrangements in Some Muslim Countries

This paper intends to look at the arrangements related provisions in distribution of inheritance several Muslim countries and group mandatory wills into clusters. research uses a literature study (Library Research) that explores data based on pre-existing with comparative juridical approach will be comparison laws from one country another. The findings this there are similarities differences various countries. similarity can seen clusters formed, namely 4 division State regulations. first cluster is Indonesia Kuwait, second Malaysia, Egypt Tunisia. While third Syria, Jordan, Morocco, Syria. Then finally fourth Pakistan, Turkey, Iraq Iran. four have through: 1) Provisions for Mandatory Wills 2) amount obtained. difference lies grouping criteria, namely: Islamic Law applied by countries, category Wills, 3) Presntase Will Distribution, 4) requirements validity determining heirs inheritance.
